Return policy
we truly hope you love all of your often wander purchases. however, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, with few exceptions, you may return your online purchase (minus shipping cost) within 15 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.
in this case, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
to make this process most efficient, please include the original packing slip. we also suggest adding insurance to your shipment as well. often wander is not responsible for any packages that have been lost/delayed/or damaged during transit.
*** all discounted items, candle refills, plants, and gift sets are final sale, non-negotiable.
*** however, items purchased at a discount due to a holiday promotional sale are eligible for exchange or store credit at the amount purchased within 30 days.
*** all merchandise should be unused, in shiny new condition, and in its original packaging.
*** all jewelry items must be returned unworn, untarnished, and in original packaging.
*** the return request must also be authorized prior to shipping the item(s) back. items that arrive to often wander damaged or used in any way will not be refunded.
once the returned package has been received we will credit the original form of payment within 5 business days.
